Macaron Projects and worktrees
Keep each project’s threads and files together.
Projects
Add a local folder or clone a repository into your computer. Pick a project in the sidebar to return to its threads. Chats stay attached to their project and can be reopened with their transcript.
Worktrees
A Git worktree gives a task a separate checkout. Select its branch when starting an agent. Before applying or exporting changes, inspect the diff and run the checks for that checkout.
