iOS, Expo and Android apps

Track mobile app issues and carry their device and reproduction context into coding tasks.

Choose the platform

Choose App during onboarding, then select iOS, Expo / React Native, Android or Other. Add a website or App Store link if you have one. The repository can be added now or from Edit app details later.

Record mobile context

For each report, include the app build, operating system, device or simulator, the screen where it fails and the actions immediately before it. For lifecycle bugs, include whether the app moved to the background or resumed. Enter this context manually in the report.

Connect native customer chat

Open the app, choose Connect customer chat, enable customer messages and save. Download the original SwiftUI or React Native / Expo source component and add it to your project. Use your deployed HTTPS Macaron server URL and the displayed app ID. These are source components, not published packages. Validate them in your own app before release.

Build and check honestly

Hosted fix runs need a configured compatible machine and repository checks. A Linux machine cannot verify an Xcode simulator build. If your task needs Apple tooling, verify it on a suitable Mac and record the result in the report. Leave untested behavior explicit.
