App details and privacy

Update app details while keeping report history and account boundaries clear.

Edit details

Open Apps, select the app, and choose Edit app details. Change its name, platform, URL or repository and save. Updates use a revision check; if another page changed the record, refresh before saving again. Reports already saved retain their original context.

Private account records

App administration, the inbox and reports belong to the signed-in account. Enabling chat makes that app ID a public routing identifier. Each customer conversation has its own secret token; it cannot access other conversations or the owner account. Never put an account session or model key into a client app.

Troubleshoot setup

If saving fails, keep your form open and check the error. Websites need https:// URLs without credentials. Repository URLs must also use HTTPS. A network or validation failure does not mean the app was created; confirm it appears in Apps before continuing.

Troubleshoot runs

A report can be saved without model access. To run a fix, check that the machine is running and server-managed, the selected model key exists, and any required credit is available. An unavailable runner does not erase the report.
