Reports and fixes
Keep the evidence behind a problem attached to the work that investigates it.
Create a report
Open an app and choose New report. Supply a short problem title, what happened, reproduction steps and expected behavior. Environment is optional. Saving stores the report under your account and does not start a run.
Prepare and start
Prepare fix opens run setup with the saved report context. Review the task text, repository, model, permissions and checks. Start run is a separate action. The backend links the run and report together and refuses stale or duplicate handoffs.
Review the result
Open Review run to read its output, diff and receipt. The run page links back to the problem report. Failed or stopped runs do not resolve reports, and successful run completion also leaves them open for your verification.
Resolve or reopen
Enter what you tested, what you observed and where the fix is available. Mark resolved requires that note and refuses while the linked run is active. Reopen report preserves the existing note. Deleting or expiring a run keeps the report and unlinks the removed run.
Earlier reports
Reports created before app management remain in Fixes. New reports created from an app page use its permanent app ID. Renaming an app does not attach unrelated older reports or silently rewrite their original details.
